Policies
- A 25% deposit of the total stay is required on booking
- Full payment is required 14 days before arrival
- Cancellation within 30 days of your visit will incur a loss of deposit
- Cancellation within 7 days of your stay will result in full payment being charged to your account
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house
- No pets or animals are permitted
- We do not accept responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to guests or their property and we recommend you to arrange your own travel insurance prior to your stay
- Whilst the owners strive to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order, in the event of any malfunction, we will do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
- Our home is for a maximum of 8 guests
- A minimum of 5 nights stay is required
- Local phone calls are free of charge
- Check in time is 2:00pm / Check out time is 10:00am
